The New Hampshire Liquor Commission has scheduled a public hearing at its headquarters located at 50 Storrs Street, Concord, New Hampshire on Tuesday, March 26, 2024 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. for Chapter Liq 600 – Enforcement Policy – Notice 2024-29. Chapter Liq 200 – Procedures Rules – Notice 2023-198, as were originally published in the Rulemaking Register on August 31, 2023, will also be presented for public hearing on Tuesday, March 26, 2024 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Interested parties are encouraged to review these rules.
