The New Hampshire Liquor Commission (“NHLC” or the “State”) seeks to procure automated cash management, in the form of “smart safes,” and integrated funds transport services, in the form of armored cars, for its 65 retail stores located throughout New Hampshire. The NHLC intends to enter into a five-year contract with a smart safe system and armored car services company (“Vendor” or “Proposer”) commencing on or about April 1, 2026, and ending on March 31, 2031, with an option to extend for two additional terms of two years, as mutually agreed. As further described herein, the smart safe solution will be expected to provide real-time cash status and be accessible by NHLC Headquarters for auditing purposes.

Completed proposals must be returned to the Liquor Commission no later than February 12, 2026 at 2:00 pm.
Pursuant to Section 4(C) of the RFP, the NHLC is extending the deadline to issue responses to vendor inquiries to Monday, February 2, 2026 by 3:00 pm.
