The New Hampshire Liquor Commission (NHLC) is seeking a vendor to provide an e-commerce suite, and to configure, customize, host, and operate a website to support the required e-commerce functionality. The website will interface with the NHLC’s NextGen System which supports all functions of the business including inventory management, finance, and point of sale. NextGen is based on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 product suite and is hosted in the Microsoft Azure environment.
The NHLC’s requirements are set forth in a Request for Proposal (RFP) document. Responses must be in compliance with the RFP’s specifications. The RFP can be obtained by contacting Janet Donnelly via email only at [email protected], or by downloading it and the supporting attachments below.
Additional information, including but not limited to Addendums to the RFP, responses to vendor inquiries, and changes to RFP event dates or deadlines, will be posted as separate links under the posting. Vendors are strongly advised to check the website periodically for the most updated information.
Completed proposals must be submitted to the Liquor Commission no later than Friday, July 17, 2026 by 2:00 pm.
