The New Hampshire Liquor Commission (“NHLC”) seeks to procure electrical services for its NHLC Headquarters and all Liquor & Wine Outlets. The deliverables and the NHLC’s requirements are set forth in a Request for Proposal (RFP) document. Responses must be in compliance with the RFP’s specifications.
