The New Hampshire Liquor Commission (“NHLC” or the “State”) seeks to procure technical accounting assistance with software system analysis and reconciliations, process flow documentation, enhancement for its Microsoft Dynamics 365-based “NextGen” solution, and assistance with Annual Comprehensive Financial Reports, including assistance preparing the annual Financial Statement Audit.
The NHLC’s requirements are set forth in a Request for Proposal (RFP) document. Responses must be in compliance with the RFP’s specifications. The RFP can be obtained by contacting Janet Donnelly via email only at [email protected], or by downloading it at the link below.

Completed proposals must be submitted to the Liquor Commission no later than March 20, 2026 at 2:00 pm.
