The New Hampshire Liquor Commission (“NHLC” or the “State”) seeks to procure locksmith services for its 65 retail stores located throughout New Hampshire.
The NHLC’s requirements are set forth in a Request for Proposal (RFP) document. Responses must be in compliance with the RFP’s specifications. The RFP can be obtained by contacting Janet Donnelly via email only at [email protected], or by downloading it below.
Additional information, including but not limited to Addendums to the RFP, responses to vendor inquiries, and changes to RFP event dates or deadlines, will be posted as separate links under the posting. Vendors are strongly advised to check the website periodically for the most updated information.
Completed proposals must be submitted to the Liquor Commission no later than Thursday, July 2, 2026 by 2:00 pm.
Pursuant to Sections 5J and 8B of RFP #2026-07, and RSA 21-G:37, VI, the RFP has been cancelled and withdrawn. The Commission expects that it will re-issue it in substantially the same form in the very near future. All proposals that were submitted in response to RFP #2026-07 will be held confidential in accordance with RSA 21-G:37, VI.
