The N.H. Liquor Commission (“NHLC” or “State”) seeks to procure septic services, including tank pumping and cleaning, at two (2) retail store locations in Hampton, New Hampshire. The NHLC is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) as a vehicle for soliciting and evaluating proposals from interested companies with the goal of contracting with one certified Contractor (“Contractor” or “Proposer”). The deliverables and the NHLC’s requirements are set forth in a Request for Proposal (RFP) document. Responses must be in compliance with the RFP’s specifications.
