STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE LIQUOR COMMISSION INVITATION TO SUBMIT PROPOSAL FOR: SIGN MAINTENANCE, REPAIR, REPLACEMENT, NEW SIGNAGE DESIGN AND PROJECT INSTALLATION

The New Hampshire Liquor Commission (“NHLC” or “State”) seeks to establish up to three (3) non-exclusive contracts for services for preventative maintenance, repair, replacement, new signage design, fabrication, and installation at various NHLC Liquor and Wine Outlet locations throughout New Hampshire.

The State seeks to identify vendors that have an extensive and successful history of providing the above-referenced signage services. If selected through this RFP process, the NHLC will enter into individual contracts with up to three contractors that will serve to prequalify each contractor to respond to future Requests for Quotes (RFQ) or Statements of Work (SOW) issued by the NHLC for a particular sign-related project. The individual project engagements that result from these RFQs or SOWs will be fixed-price and under the direction of New Hampshire Liquor Commission personnel. The NHLC’s requirements are set forth in a Request for Proposal (RFP) document. Responses must be in compliance with the RFP’s specifications. The RFP can be obtained by downloading it here.

Completed proposals must be returned to the Liquor Commission no later than 2:00 PM on Friday, October 8, 2021.

The NHLC received two responses to this RFP-Barlo Signs International and Classic Signs, Inc. Based on the qualifications of the companies, the NHLC is seeking contracts with both vendors.
