The New Hampshire Liquor Commission (NHLC) seeks a highly and uniquely qualified, financially secure buyer/developer (Buyer/Developer) specializing in highway-oriented commercial real estate to purchase and redevelop two properties into full-service travel plazas incorporating a new, state-of-the-art liquor and wine outlet on each property it owns on Interstate 95 in Hampton, New Hampshire.

The project and the NHLC’s requirements are set forth in a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) document. Responses must be in compliance with the RFQ’s specifications. The NHLC received nine (9) submittals to the qualifications package from Buyer/Developers by the November 19, 2021 deadline.

Pursuant to the RFQ, the NHLC selected the following respondents to receive the RFP (request for proposal):

1. Rt. 95 Hampton Outlets/Anagnost Realty and Development;

2. Petrogas Group US Inc. (d/b/a Applegreen);

3. Carlisle Capital Corporation;

4. Global Montello Group Corporation;

5. GSC-I95-RE, LLC/The Common Man Roadside;

6. Nouria Energy Corporation;

7. I-95 Seacoast Partners, LLC; and

8. Venture III Holdings, LLC

The issuance of the Hampton I-95 Properties RFP will be delayed. The New Hampshire Liquor Commission continues to work with the Town of Hampton relative to zoning amendments allowing the various land uses identified in RFQ 2021-001 that must come before and be voted upon at the March 2022 Town Meeting.
