The New Hampshire Liquor Commission is led by a Chairman and Deputy Commissioner and is comprised of three Divisions, each with distinct responsibilities, but one common goal – enhancing the NH Liquor & Wine Outlet customer experience and maximizing profitability through the safe, responsible, and lawful sale of alcohol.
The Administrative Services Division oversees finance, legal, information technology, human resources, plant maintenance, and general administrative support for the Commission.
The Division of Marketing, Merchandising, and Warehousing enhances the NH Liquor & Wine Outlet shopping experience and maximizes profitability for the State of New Hampshire.
The Division of Enforcement and Licensing is committed to the public safety of all New Hampshire citizens by enforcing the laws of the State of New Hampshire in a fair and uniform manner. The Division is also dedicated to educating liquor licensees and the public about the responsible sale and service of alcoholic beverages.
