The New Hampshire Liquor Commission (“NHLC” or the “State”) seeks to procure locksmith services for its 65 retail stores located throughout New Hampshire.
The NHLC’s requirements are set forth in a Request for Proposal (RFP) document. Responses must be in compliance with the RFP’s specifications. The RFP can be obtained by contacting Janet Donnelly via email only at [email protected], or by downloading it below.

Completed proposals must be submitted to the Liquor Commission no later than Friday, July 31, 2026 by 2:00 pm.
